Engaged by our client from the outset, PAB Architects’ design and planning consultancy services have been successfully completed, with full planning approval received and the technical design stage tendered.

The project’s contractor has been appointed to undertake construction works under a JCT Contract, with a nominated pool specialist undertaking the swimming pool and leisure facilities work as a sub-contractor.

Works are progressing well, with construction continuing during the early part of 2025 before interior works begin.
