This phase of work is wide-ranging, encompassing the appointment of builders and contractors, contract administration, quality assurance and site visits throughout the build, payment certification, and continual review of costs and project progress with you and your appointed contractors to ensure your project progresses efficiently with issues addressed promptly.
Every project is unique, and variations in time and cost require careful management to ensure that strong relationships are maintained and contract terms are met. As your appointed contract and project manager, we will recommend and certify payments in line with our quality assurance monitoring, providing an essential communications link between you and your contractors on site.
